Het Panbos (Pan van Persijn)

The Panbos (forest and dunes) is a walking- and playforest for young and old. Panbos has duck ponds, play equipments for kids, a deer park and some beautiful lawns. Kids younger than 16 get a free entry ticket.

Recreational lake Valkenburgse Meer is a great place to be in the summer months.

Situated next to this recreation lake is the National Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum, with one of the biggest original narrow-gauge railroad collections in Europe! To really top off your day out, why not take a ride on the museum’s steam train through the recreation area? All aboard!
